Quality, high technology, and flexibility, is the name of the game in our PCB surface mount SMT manufacturing Department. We have a fully automatic Surface Mount Line as well as complete Through Hole assembly capability. We can handle any mix of products.

Our SMT Line features the best equipment from the leaders in our industry. We feature an MPM UP2000 Screen printer with vision alignment and 3 sigma repeatability. A Duo of Assembleon pick and place machines, which offer high mix high reliability and .002 repeatability. A Sapphire chipshooter capable of 50K CPH and a Topaz X Capable of 20k CPH We have a nice compliment of feeders and tray changers to handle any MIX of components. Our newest addition is a HELLER 1800XL reflow oven which is capable of extremely tight process and high volume at the same time.  Each piece of equipment has been calibrated and optimized to work as a complete process; this alone sets us apart from the competition.

We have designed our automated PCB assembly processes to allow for quick changeovers and flexibility as well as mid-high volume runs. We can handle BGA's, CGA, 1005 chips, fine pitch components, as well as through hole, odd-form components and press-fit components and connectors. RoHS Lead-free or Mil Spec. J-STD-001 soldering is available. Our process is environmentally friendly using aqueous washable and no-clean chemistries. Special PCB Substrate Materials such as FR4, Tetrafunctional, Multifunctional, Polyimide, no problem! All of our Assemblies are built to a minimum of a class II IPc -a610 Standard and we are happy to build to any standard you wish us to.  We also offer ROhS assemblies as well as your typical LEAD bearing boards. 

SMT output quality and quantity. Our process has built in checks and balances to assure quality product, low waste as well as fast changeovers.

Assembly process: "-LF" designator on documentation, green visual designation in manufacturing for all tools, and documentation etc. Our equipment is lead-free capable including our Heller oven, and ROHS tabletop wave soldering system. Lead-free alloys are used for machine and hand soldering.

   Environment: Our entire facility is Climate controlled for optimum process windows and minimal contaminants entering the process. Our cleaning system is the best in the state with Both Reverse Osmosis, and Carbon filtering then the water is deionized to make it a neutral cleaning agent right before it enters our wash system, we are consistently commented as having the cleanest boards in town.
